All products are made to order through our print‑on‑demand production partners. Because each item is custom‑printed when you place your order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse, wrong size, or change of mind.

🛠️ Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or incorrect, we will replace it at no cost. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number 

  • A photo of the issue

  • A brief description of the problem

Once verified, a replacement will be sent automatically.

📦 Lost Packages

If your package is lost in transit, we will work with the production partner to investigate and issue a replacement when confirmed lost.

📏 Wrong Size Orders

Because each item is printed specifically for your order, we cannot offer returns or exchanges for incorrect size selection. Please review the size chart carefully before ordering.

❌ Order Cancellations

Orders cannot be canceled once they enter production. Production typically begins within a few hours of purchase.

đź’˛ Refunds

Refunds are only issued for:

  • Damaged or defective items

  • Incorrect items - not misordered items; (e.g. ordered the wrong size)

  • Lost packages

Refunds are processed back to your original payment method once approved.
